I was leary about this site until I used it. I downloaded an Packages Operating System - XP Professional with sp2. I was so afraid of messing things up as my computer is my right hand for work and I have many programs on it. I updated from ME to XP without a glitch. I thought I had a problem the night I downloaded it and at 11:00 pm I thought noone would answer my call to their toll free number nor answer my email. I decided to email and low and behold within 10 minutes, I had an answer! I am SO HAPPY with my purchase from MD of computer. I also downloaded a really cool program called Alcohol 120 which allowed me to make backups of important cd's which I could not previously burn.
