This is great because our customers know how much the bill will be previously we even start, if it takes a hour or two more than expected its all covered under our flat rate fee. Most computer shops charge for every little thing that they do or sometimes things they did not, often having the customer feeling ripped off or taken advantage of.
All jobs start with a backup of the Packages system, then are checked for infections or corruption. The next step depends on what the unit came in the shop for Restore for, the most common is that it has become very slow or unreliable. The only time a customer will pay more than the $75 flat rate is if they need parts to fix the computer properly which would be brought to their attention previously any action was taken. Alot of simple repairs such as upgrading or replacing failing hardware can take just 1 hour of labor. Since this Restore is being offered both locally and out of state you are responsable for shipping to and from, we can providing boxes and shipping materials if requested. We suggest insurance and 3 to 4 inches of packing on all sides, if you are unsure all the major shipping carriers offer to package it for you properly for a reasonable cost.

On average a laptop computer computer computer costs about $10 to $15 to ship and a Computer is about $20 to $25.
For laptops we require the unit and its charger and for desktops we just need the tower.

Either way the price is flat rate and does not change, your old hard drive will be taken in as trade to help offset costs, we will wipe it and recycle it. If you are running out of storage or getting errors about needing or drive space then this is what you want, 250GB is enough to hold hundreds of movies, thousands of high quality pictures and thousands of MP3's.

Our labor rates are often the most reasonable rates at just $35 per hour and a maximum $75 flat rate that includes all labor and our parts are also just a few percent over wholesale costs.

If you accept our quote we will start the work the next business day and keep you informed of our progress. Most repairs are done in 1 to 2 business days with the exceptions of when parts need to be ordered. If you do not accept our quote its your choice to have us return the machine or let us recycle it for you. We will wipe the data off any machine left for recycling.
